Description

Angus cattle are raised by nature grazing, fed by natural barley golden wheat stalks, alfalfa licorice and Idho potatoes.

The product is cut from the Angus Grain Feeding Black Cattle in the U.S. It is taken from the chest and abdomen, and this part is thick and rich in snowflakes.

Caution:
  1. Raw meat products cannot be 100% uniform. The products are cut by weight; therefore, the size and thickness may be slightly different. This is a normal circumstance.
  2. Since the product is frozen vacuum packaging, it will lack oxygen; therefore, the color of the meat is slightly dark red, and this is normal. It will return to fresh red when unfreeze.
  3. The vacuum may be lost due to the collision of goods while transport. As long as the goods is not unfreeze, it will not affect the freshness of the goods.
  4. The product does not use any additives and seasoning process, please cook according to personal habits. We recommend that cook the product after unfreeze.
